Rangeview now offers a leadership academy for students who are interested in learning more about leadership and for those who would like to develop their leadership skills. Numbers are limited and students must complete an application fom to be considered for the academy.

The academy provides weekly classes for students to learn about a wide range of leadership topics. It is compulsory for students in the academy to attend these classes. Students also attend a leadership event every term, where they hear from guest speakers and must complete service projects throughout the year.

Leadership academy is an added value component and not part of the school curriculum. As such there is a fee of $120 per year to belong to the leadership academy. This covers the cost of materials used in lessons and most leadership activites. There will be some extra opportunities that come up throughout the year, that may attract an extra cost.
