Dear Parent/ Caregivers

EOTC Week 2019

You will already have received the full EOTC Week letter and option details at the end of last term about our exciting activity week between Monday 23rd September to Thursday 26th September 2019. Full details are also on the school website.

You now need to select an option for your child and submit or return it tomorrow with the required deposit.

You and your child will need to choose three possible options, in order of preference.

Please complete the attached EOTC Week Option form and return it to your child’s Homeroom teacher tomorrow.

If you prefer to submit your choice online (our preferred option) then use the link below form today;  http://bit.ly/2GbRf0P

If you complete the form online, then your child will only be placed in their chosen option group when the deposit has been paid.

All Option groups will be filled on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS, so please be quick with your returns and the deposits as you not be placed into an Option until the deposit has been paid.

The deadline for choosing your Option Choice and paying the required deposit will be Friday 10th May 2019

Students who do not meet this deadline may be automatically placed in Option 1.

Option Group switches or changes are not permitted after Friday 10th May, unless specifically approved by the school, so final groups schedules can be confirmed with the activity centres and bus company.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Gary Wood
Associate Principal
